Miley Cyrus: Makeup Look

1) Apply a shimmery champagne color all over the lid.

2) Apply mascara and little eyeliner on the upper lash line.

3) Apply a matte red lipstick.

4) Take a nice, red nail polish (matte) and use 2 coats on your nails! 

Hair: 

1) Flip your hair to one side.

2) Take a 2 inch curling iron and make very loose curls.

3) Apply hairspray and let it lay naturally!

Sorry it's so short, but this look isn't that hard. I just thought that Miley looked absolutely flawless!!!
