1) Take a light grey/white eye shadow and apply that to the lid.
2) Take a black eye shadow and apply that to the crease, blending it out to make a slight wing.
3) Apply false lashes or mascara and apply a black eyeliner to your water line.
4) Take a nude, sparkly lip gloss/lipstick and apply that to the lips.
5) Take cosmetic glue and cosmetic, thick sparkles about the size of an eraser of a pencil. Then make a C around one of your eyes and let them sparkle!
Make sure to have fun and have a scare!
