This is such a fun idea and I think that everyone should at least try it out and see if they like it!
1) Take a matte black lipstick and apply that to your lips.
2) Take a COSMETIC glitter glue (made for lips) and apply that to your lips.
3) Then take multi-glitter and apply that on top of the glue before it drys!
*Please Note*: This can get messy so I recommend doing this in the bathroom or over a sink!
